BIOGRAPHY

Macgill, a seasoned energy executive, brings over 25 years of expertise in commodity trading to his role at TES, where he now leads CO₂ supply and development efforts. 

Starting his career in LPG swaps brokerage, he transitioned to ConocoPhillips to manage global waterborne LPG and later initiated a major NGL hub and LPG export terminal at Phillips 66. Throughout roles at UGI, Plains, and Borealis, Macgill has driven billion-dollar acquisitions, refined trading risk protocols, and managed multi-billion-dollar contracts. At TES,  Macgill focuses on pioneering e-NG as a new commodity to advance the energy transition.
