BIOGRAPHY

Ari Suomilammi is the Head of Renewable Gases at Gasum, overseeing biomethane business development and European-wide renewable gas sourcing. With more than three decades at Gasum, he has held key roles in gas transmission, biogas production, and portfolio management.

Ari leads initiatives expanding the utilisation of biomethane, e-methane, carbon dioxide, and hydrogen across Europe. He contributes actively to several national and international industry associations, shaping collaboration and innovations within the renewable gas sector to accelerate the continent’s clean-energy transition.
