Agnieszka Skorupińska is a partner at the Warsaw office of Baker McKenzie, where she heads the Sustainability and Energy Transition team. She brings extensive experience advising clients on energy, including renewables, nuclear energy, industrial and infrastructure projects, and waste management, with deep expertise in energy, environmental, and natural resources law.

Agnieszka advises on regulatory aspects of M&A/PE transactions, greenfield investments, contract structuring, and mineral exploration. She receives regular recognition in international rankings, including Chambers and Partners (Band 1), The Legal 500, and Rzeczpospolita.
